1. Nature of Our Services
Frexalonzim provides skilled personal consultations on aesthetic taste and visual harmony. As these are one-on-one services delivered in real time, the standard consumer goods return model does not directly apply. However, we are committed to a fair and transparent approach to all service-related concerns.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time at reach-usinfo-@frexalonzim.world or +61 414 402 203. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative time at no additional charge.
3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a partial charge for the reserved time. We will always communicate this clearly before confirming any fee.
4. Refunds
If you have prepaid for a consultation that has not yet taken place and you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for prepaid sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account notice period and preparation time already invested.
Refunds are not available for consultation sessions that have been fully delivered.
5. Service Concerns
If you have a concern about the consultation experience you received, we encourage you to reach out directly. We value open dialogue and will do our best to address any issues in a way that feels fair to all parties.
